| Who is the Musikhaus Markstein GmbH?

The company was founded in 1990, right after the reunification of Germany - basically out of  "nothing". The founder as well as the managing director is Heinz-Dieter Markstein.

By now there are already 32 employes in the store, working on approximately 4000qm.

If "Delivery after new entry" appears
The product is not in stock at the moment. If you want to know the delivery time, please give us a call (++49-037605/ 687 -17) or write an email to info@markstein.de .

If "Product in stock" appears

Product is on stock at the moment.Your order is going to be packed straight away and sent until 2 o´clock p.m. the same day. If we receive the order after 2 o´clock p.m., it is going to be sent the following day.

• GERMANY, parcels till 31,5 kg:: orders with a value of 0,01 EUR till 49,99 EUR - shipping costs: 6,00 EUR
• from 50,00 EUR - free shipping
• costs for COD: 3,50 EUR
• Parcels that exceed maximum weight ( 31,5 kg) or maximum dimensions must be shipped by a freight forwarding service. We charge the exact shipping costs.

| How does the payment work?

You have 4 options:

1. pre payment: you transfer the money to our account. If we´ve received it, we will send you the order. Here we give you a disount of 2% (not for books and music sheets).

| For how long do I have a guarantee on acquired goods?

You do have a 36-month-guarantee on products, starting on the date of purchase, except additional equipment and expendable parts, such as sticks, heads, strings, tubes, batteries, etc. Please note our Terms & Conditions.

| Is there any Money-Back-Guarantee?

• yes, until 31 days after the date of purchase
• the commodity has to be undamaged and packed in its original packing
