| Who is the Musikhaus Markstein GmbH? 

 

The Musikhaus Markstein was founded in 1990 by Heinz-Dieter Markstein (e-mail: chef@markstein.de). In the 1990s it quickly developed into the leading music business in the region of Central Germany. With our Onlineshop www.markstein.de we can be there for customers in the whole German-speaking area and beyond.
Also looking forward to telephone inquiries.

Our shop is located in the Saxonian Hartenstein on the edge of the Ore Mountains. Located directly at the A72 motorway, we are particularly convenient to reach from the areas of Chemnitz / Zwickau / Erzgebirge and also from Mittelsachsen to East-Thuringia. There is always enough free parking space available at our house.

| Questions about availability.

If the products availability is marked with "will be ordered for you" it means, it is not available at our warehouse and will be reordered by us as soon as possible at the responsible supplier (if this has not already been done in advance).
We usually ship your order within 4 - 10 business days (depending on the number and type of products as well as the speed of the supplier). If the delivery of the ordered goods takes longer, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you about the expected delivery time. If you would like to request this in advance, you can reach us at any time (tel. 037605/687 -28 or order@markstein.de).

If longer delays are known to us, they usually will be displayed on the product page.

"On stock": The order will be processed immediately (for payment in advance after receipt of payment). Details in the General Terms and Conditions.

If only a part of your order is available immediately from stock, these products will be reserved for you and upon receipt of the missing parts the complete order will be sent to you. Parted deliveries are usually also possible - simply ask us va the above contact data!

 

 

| Shipping costs

Orders within Germany in the value of: 0,01 EUR to 49,99 EUR - Freight & Packaging Cost: 6,00 EUR

from 50,00 EUR - free shipping

 

For deliveries "COD" an additional fee of 3.50 EUR (plus 2, - EUR payment card fee) is charged.

Shipments which exceed the maximum weight of 31.5kg or the dimensions for standard packages (> 120x60x60cm = bulky goods) are sent separately (eg by freight forwarder). We will inform you as soon as possible.
In this case, we will charge you only the actual shipping costs - in many cases we will also take these costs for you.

Normal packages will be shipped to you by DHL. Freight forwarding packages by DB Schenker.

| How to pay?

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Klarna Rechnung: First receive the goods and then pay! Klarna makes it possible for us to offer private customers* the payment on account. You do not have to disclose any bank data. You will receive an invoice + transfer agent with the goods. The payment period is 14 days from delivery. Alternatively, it is possible to pay the amount in flexible installments.
*This payment method is only suitable for private persons, not for companies, business or public institutions. Further information at www.klarna.de.

Payment in advance: 

When paying in advance, you will receive in the confirmation of receipt our bank details. As soon as the amount due has been received, we will ship the goods to you. If your payment is not received by the deadline, we have to cancel your order.

In case of prepayment we grant 2% cash discount*
*excluding Sheet Music & Books - due to the legal price fixing

Cash on delivery: When buying by cash on delivery, you pay the invoice amount on acceptance of the package to the delivery courier. This is only possible in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Please note that when buying cash on delivery a flat rate of 6.90 Euro for COD charges.

Paypal: Pay easy, fast and secure with your Paypal account.

Credit card: Pay as usual with your credit card.

Sofortüberweisung: You can easily, quickly and securely use the online form of "sofortüberweisung.de". You send the payment via your online banking account and we will receive a confirmation in real time after the transaction has been completed. So your shipment can be sent even faster.

 

| How long is the warranty on purchased items?

36 months from the date of purchase, excluding accessories and wearing parts. Sticks, drum heads, strings, tubes, batteries, etc.... The exact informations are, of course, in our terms and conditions.

 


| Can I return purchased products and do I have a "money back guarantee"?

Yes. We offer you the opportunity to return products for a further 17 days beyond the legal right of revocation.

How it works exactly, you will find in our Terms and Conditions.

Unfree packages will NOT be accepted.

 

| Better prices / What if I find the item cheaper somewhere else?

 

If you get a better price for the same product at a competitor, but still want to buy at our shop, we are looking forward to it !!! Just use the "ask question" button on the product page and send us the price and a link to the competing offer. We then will calculate again and get back to you.
