Shipments which exceed the maximum weight of 40kg or the dimensions for standard packages (> 120x60x60cm = bulky goods) are sent separately (eg by freight forwarder). We will inform you as soon as possible.
In this case, we will charge you only the actual shipping costs - in many cases we will also take these costs for you.
Normal packages will be shipped to you by GLS. Freight forwarding packages by DB Schenker. (We ship with DHL on inquiry or when COD is used as your way of paying!)
